our Trust was also given a ANC project since 23-03-2010 by KHSDRP/PHCF, as per the project assigned to us we visited the Taluk Health officer of Magadi Taluk & took permission for the given project & then we surveyed at magadi Taluk, 12 PHCs, 1 CHC & Magadi Taluk place & we enlightening the eligible couples, pregnant woman, old couples & children on ANC project.
And according to our survey in first year we had 2,10,000 population in that 2016 women were pregnant & on the second year we had 2,20,000 population & 3003 women were pregnant.
We educated them on immunization for mother & child nutrition, cleanliness, breast feeding & care of the infants for post natal & anti natal care. We have also educated at Anganwadis, Gram Panchayats, ASHA workers & VHSC Health workers. We have also conducted Megha Camps in which we have called the PHCs medical officer specialized doctors etc., for educating the people & pregnant women through them.
The project was done for two years ( i.e., 2010 to 2012) by us successfully with the satisfaction of medical officer, Grama Panchayats members, Anganawadi workers, Taluk officers, DHO, DPM, CEO, RCH, Deputy Director etc.,
At the completion of this project we have found out that pregnant women, poor people & other are get benefited.
